Wave ("we", "our", or "us") is a customer engagement platform operated by Warps.id. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Wave platform.

- Account information — name, email address, and credentials provided when creating a Wave account.
- Customer data — data about your customers (end users) that you import or send to Wave via our SDK or API, including identifiers, attributes, and behavioral events.
- Usage data — logs of interactions with the Wave platform, including feature usage and session activity.
- Device tokens — push notification tokens associated with your customers' devices, used solely to deliver messages you configure.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the Wave platform and its features.
- Compute customer intelligence metrics and evaluate segments you define.
- Deliver push notifications, emails, and WhatsApp messages on your behalf to your customers.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud.
- Improve platform performance and reliability.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
3. Customer Data You Process
When you use Wave to collect and process data about your own customers, you are the data controller for that data. Wave acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' data and for providing appropriate disclosures in your own privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Services
Wave integrates with third-party services to deliver messages:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — used to deliver push notifications. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta WhatsApp Business API — used to send WhatsApp template messages. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
- SMTP email providers — configured by you to deliver email campaigns.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Customer event data and computed metrics are retained according to your plan limits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and isolated tenant data storage. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong credentials and report any suspected vulnerabilities.

8. Changes to This Policy
